This Privacy Policy explains how Travel Solution("we") collects, uses, and shares information when you use this website and request a flight quote or call-back.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote or call-back request we collect the information you provide — your name (optional), phone number, email (optional), and travel details (route, dates, cabin, passengers). To document your consent to be contacted we also record the consent text shown to you, a timestamp, your IP address, your browser user-agent, and the page URL. We collect advertising attribution parameters (such as UTM tags, gclid, and fbclid) and your referring page, and we use cookies for consent, analytics, and advertising.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you by phone about economy & first class fares, to operate and secure the site (including fraud and abuse prevention and rate limiting), and — only with your consent — for analytics and advertising measurement.
Who we share it with
We use service providers that process information on our behalf: Neon (database hosting) and Vercel (application hosting); if enabled, lead alerts may be sent to our team via Slack. With your advertising consent we also use Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Pixel). Our flight-data provider receives only route and date information — never your personal details. We do not sell your personal information for money; however, sharing data with advertising partners such as Google and Meta may be considered a "sale" or "share" under some laws — you can opt out on Your Privacy Choices.
Cookies & consent
Analytics and advertising technologies load only after you opt in via our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time on Your Privacy Choices, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of your information.

By submitting your number you consent to be contacted by phone, including by autodialer; consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can revoke consent at any time by telling our agent to stop calling or by contacting us.
Retention
We keep lead and consent records for as long as needed to provide our service and to comply with legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Consent records may be retained for the applicable limitations period as evidence.
